Grim Styles: Curlew.

This is only the 23rd recorded sighting of Curlew on site, the first since 04/03/18.

Curlew is the 125th species of bird recorded on site this year.

The first Common Tern chicks (brood of 3) have hatched on an island in the Workings.

Some of our volunteers joined forces with the Badshot Lea Bloomers and Badshot Lea Village Infants School to help tidy up the village today.

We had the pleasure of hosting X visitors from 5th Farnborough Cubs this evening to work on part of their naturalist badge.

The resident Mute Swans have fledged 6 young.

Juvenile Bullfinches were seen in the feeding station today.

We had the pleasure of hosting 20 visitors from 12th Farnham (Wrecclesham) Cubs this evening.

Three pairs of Common Terns have now hatched chicks (broods of 3, 3 & 2) on an island in the Workings.

Four pairs of Common Terns have now hatched chicks (broods of 3, 3, 3 & 2) on an island in the Workings.

11 volunteers attended a work party this morning. We cut back vegetation along the paths and around the feeders, and cleared up after some recent vandalism during the school holidays.
